Pakistan Delivery:
Nationwide delivery within 3–5 working days.
International Delivery:
Delivery time is 7–15 working days. We ship to 120+ countries worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated automatically based on order weight and destination at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us to place your order manually.
Exchange Policy:
We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags attached.
A Rs. 400 exchange fee will be charged.
Exchange is not applicable on Sale, Discounted, Factory Outlet, or Red Corner items.
Refund Policy:
Returns are accepted within 15 days for a store credit voucher only.
Refunds are issued only if the product received is incorrect or delivery is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances.
Refunds are not available on Sale or Discounted items.
